With a service team and several fully equipped service vehicles, ORM offers short-term help in the event of machine failure and planned repairs and overhauls of scrap processing plants. The extensive spare parts warehouse not only includes mechanical components such as knives, knife fastening screws, knife seats and wear plates, but also an extensive range of gunmetal bushings, seals and other cylinder components. Complete hydraulic pump sets and built-in valve components from Rexroth and their seals complete the range. Work can be carried out on site or in our well-equipped workshop.

In the event of longer downtimes or machine failures on scrap shears, we also offer bridging of production downtimes by using our mobile rental shears to ensure the supply of delivery contracts.

The spare parts warehouse is not only geared towards scrap shears, but also all types of baling presses, with wave profiling or trapezoidal profiling.
